Short description (about 30 words)
Long description
TidyMate is a file organizer for Windows 11 and 10, designed and developed in Lagos, Nigeria, by Everjoe. It sorts any folder by file type, date or extension, and its Smart Rules read the text inside PDF, Word, Excel and PowerPoint files to file invoices, receipts, bank statements, CVs and contracts into the right folders, renamed to a consistent pattern.
Watch Folders runs quietly in the system tray and files new downloads the moment they finish. Every move can be previewed first and undone later, even after a restart. TidyMate never deletes or overwrites files, never touches system folders or code projects, and never uploads documents: all processing happens on the user's own PC.
TidyMate has a free plan and paid plans for individuals and businesses, priced in Naira and US dollars, with company branding for teams.
